Pacha Group Expands to U.S. with Major Acquisition Following Record-Breaking Ibiza Season

In a strategic expansion that underscores its position in the global entertainment sector, Pacha Group, through its parent company FIVE Holdings, has announced the acquisition of Brooklyn Mirage and the Avant Gardner complex in New York. This acquisition, set to rebrand the iconic locations as Pacha New York, marks a significant shift into the U.S. nightlife market, following an impressive 2025 performance in Ibiza. Pacha Group recorded approximately $139 million in revenue from January to September 2025, driven by a robust season at its flagship Ibiza nightclub that attracted nearly 584,000 guests across 156 events. This success was bolstered by growth in merchandise and resort operations, solidifying Pacha’s role in electronic music-led hospitality worldwide. The move into New York represents a strategic move to expand Pacha’s influence and brand presence on an international scale, tapping into the lucrative and dynamic U.S. market. This expansion aligns with Pacha’s mission to blend music, culture, and innovation, enhancing its reputation as a leader in the global nightlife and entertainment industry. As Pacha New York prepares to open, the acquisition is expected to bring a fresh wave of creativity and energy to the city’s nightlife scene, further establishing Pacha’s commitment to bridging cultures through music.
