Roam: A New Independent Booking Powerhouse Emerges from Arrival Artists and ATC Live Merger

In a significant development within the live music sector, US-based Arrival Artists and UK-based ATC Live have announced their merger to form a new booking agency, Roam. Positioned as the largest independent booking agency worldwide and ranking fifth overall, Roam will strategically operate from key music hubs including London, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Paris, and Glasgow. With a diverse roster exceeding 800 artists, Roam represents notable names such as Amyl & The Sniffers, Fontaines DC, Jungle, Khruangbin, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, PJ Harvey, Royel Otis, and The Lumineers, collectively performing over 10,000 shows annually. This merger marks the culmination of collaborations between Arrival Artists and ATC Live since 2020, facilitating a shared vision of providing comprehensive, artist-focused representation. According to Erik Selz, Arrival co-founder and now a Roam partner, the new entity will leverage personal, hands-on representation coupled with extensive industry connections to maximize global touring opportunities. Alex Bruford, ATC founder, emphasizes Roam’s capability in elevating artists from intimate venues to major festival stages through strategic and dedicated efforts. This development not only broadens the representation choices for artists but also aligns with SONO Music’s mission to empower artists and enhance independent growth, underscoring the evolution and dynamism prevalent within the global music landscape.
